Responsibility at Assistant Secretary General level for contributing to the overall management of the department at the strategic level, as a member of the Management Board and with overall responsibility at Assistant Secretary General level for the work of eight units.
This division has overall responsibility for leading the next phase of the Department’s organisational development process, including dedicated support for future organisation design, business capability development and development of strategic foresight function, and responsibility for driving cohesive Departmental strategy, as well as leading on communication and stakeholder engagement. The Division comprises of the following units:
• Communications Unit
• Corporate Governance and Climate Action Unit
• Facilities Management Unit
• External HR Unit
• Human Resources and People Strategy
• ICT and Procurement Strategy
• Information Management Unit
• Programme Development Office
