Responsibility at Principal Officer level for the Citywest campus (Hotel and Transit Hub) and the Arrivals & Dispersal Unit. This includes oversight and leadership of the Citywest facility, protocols, resources and future policy; liaison with Citywest owners in relation to licence, service contract and related matters; oversight and liaison with LGMA and local authorities for emergency rest centres.
