The Schools Procurement Unit (SPU) provides guidance to all primary and post-primary schools (except ETB schools) on any procurement-related issue. The SPU delivers free advice and practical support to schools to help them achieve improvements in their procurement processes, practices and outcomes.
Schools managed by Education and Training Boards (ETB) should contact ETB Head Quarters for advice on procurement.
The Education Procurement Service (EPS) runs procurement competitions for common goods and services on behalf of the higher education sector and represents the sector partners on competitions run by the Office of Government Procurement (OGP).
