A preserved pension may be payable to
- a teacher
- special needs assistant
- certain caretakers
- certain clerical officers
who has resigned but were a member of the department’s pension scheme and who only has an entitlement to retirement benefits from the age of 60 (65 if a new entrant).
Pensions members who are members of Single Public Service Pension Scheme can obtain information here.
