The OPW operates a scheme known as the Consultants Direct Invitation List (CDIL). This scheme sets out OPW's procedures for the procurement of consultancy services with an estimated value of less than €50,000 (exclusive of VAT) for eight separate disciplines: Architectural, Conservation Architectural, Civil & Structural Engineering, Conservation Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP), Fire Safety Consultancy & Archaeology.
