Solicitors claim fees in debtors cases when assigned as counsel by the court. Solicitors who provide counsel in the District Court or in appeals to the Circuit Court can claim these fees using the form below. They can also claim for travel and subsistence expenses related to these cases.
Solicitors must fill out the form below including the following information where applicable:
The information provided must be verified by the District Court Clerk, or Court Registrar, as the case may be, of the court in which the case was heard. It must also be verified by the department. The form includes a section for the clerk and officials of the department to sign to confirm the information is correct.
