The Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) publishes three public registers:
The Residential Property Price Register details the date of sale, price and address of all residential properties purchased in Ireland since the 1 January 2010, as declared to the Revenue Commissioners for stamp duty purposes via their E-Stamping system. This information is updated on a weekly basis on the PSRA’s website and it is the PSRA’s most visited Register.
The Register of Licensed Property Services Providers provides information on property services providers legally entitled to provide property services in Ireland. The Register identifies licensed property services providers by name, number, licence type and location. The Register is updated weekly and the data can be viewed and downloaded in PDF and Excel formats.
The Commercial Leases Register contains information relating to all commercial leases entered into since 1 January 2010. This includes the address of the commercial property that is the subject of the lease, the date of the lease of the property, the term of years of the lease and the rent payable in respect of the property. Leases relating to agricultural land are also included on the Commercial Leases Register. The information which appears on this Register is updated weekly.
