Assigned responsibility as Head of Innovation and Service Development at Principal Officer standard level to:
- Manage customer relationships with strategic customers of Tailte Éireann including Government departments and agencies, local authorities and commercial entities
- Develop new products and services based on customer demand and market research
- Support to integration projects initiated in line with TE Statement of Strategy
- Prepare of funding applications in conjunction the Head of Finance and project sponsors
- Undertake webmaster role for Tailte Éireann website
- Develop and promote the Tailte Éireann brand through service offerings GeoHive, LandDirect, Eircodes, API etc.
