Summary
Wexford County Council is proposing the subdivision of the existing site to allow for the construction of a single storey detached dwelling house, installation of a new sewage treatment plant and percolation area and all associated site works and ancillary services on site. Existing fencing to neighbours dwelling (directly north of the proposed site) to be re-aligned to achieve required 65m sightlines also.
