Minister Shatter publishes draft Criminal Code prepared by the Criminal Law Codification Advisory Committee

The Minister for Justice, Equality and Defence, Mr Alan Shatter T.D., has published the draft Criminal Code prepared by the Criminal Law Codification Advisory Committee.
The draft has been published to allow interested parties to submit views as to the advantages or disadvantages of implementing a code of this type.
The draft code has been published on the website of the Department of Justice and Equality. Interested parties may make submissions by post or by email.
