Stephen Carley

Stephen Carley is the Head of Strategic Human Resources, responsible for the leadership of all aspects of HR in the Department.

This includes resourcing, employee development, workforce planning, industrial relations, and the design and implementation of key people policies to ensure that the Department is in line with best practice. Stephen is a lead on the ‘People and Engagement’ stream of Ag Obair Le Chéile, the Department’s Key Strategic Action designed to deliver, improve and transform the Department to ensure delivery on our Statement of Strategy.
