Internal Audit Unit:
Mr Dermot Byrne (Head of Internal Audit), Ms Busola Laiyemo (Secretary to the Committee).
The initial part of the meeting was held in private session by members of the Committee. The Head of
Internal Audit (HIA) and the Secretary to the Committee (Secretary) subsequently joined the meeting
