The purpose of this document is to set out the 2019 Exchequer Borrowing Requirement (EBR) on both a monthly and a cumulative basis.
The profiles are presented in a similar format to that of the monthly Analytical Exchequer Statement, published in the Fiscal Monitor, which facilitates the comparison of the monthly Exchequer outturn with the cumulative profile. The profiles assist the National Treasury Management Agency in preparing liquidity projections.
