William Fry appointed as legal advisors for capital restructuring and other related matters in relation to State investment in AIB

The Department of Finance has appointed William Fry as legal advisor to the department in relation to potential capital restructuring actions and other related matters with respect to the State’s investments in AIB.
This appointment has been made following a mini tender competition earlier this month involving all of the members of the department’s legal advisory panel.
The Department of Finance legal advisory panel was constituted in March 2014 following an open procurement procedure pursuant to relevant EU legislation.
