Public Consultation on the proportionality of the Construction Safety Licensing Bill 2023

The Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science invites you to provide your view on the proposed measures in the Construction Safety Licensing Bill 2023.

• Seek the views of Construction and Quarrying Sector workers, organisations and interested members of the public on the proportionality of the measure contained in the proposed legislation.

The closing date for submissions is 5pm on 20th September 2024. We cannot consider submissions received after this time.
