Building Momentum Action Plans

A key aim of the new Public Service Agreement – Building Momentum is to maintain the momentum of reform and change exemplified by the public service during the Covid-19 public health emergency. In this regard, Public Service management have devised a reform agenda aimed at improving and modernising our public services to meet both the immediate and evolving needs of our citizens. In order to establish tangible and measurable reform outcomes, sectoral action plans linked to the Public Service reform agenda have been developed by management in each sector in consultation with staff unions and associations. Sectoral management will, in due course, report on the progress of delivery of the reforms identified in the action plans. The actions plans will be published on the respective websites of the Public Service Departments and organisations concerned. Links to published action plans are available here:
