Obligations under the Children First Act 2015

Under the Children First Act 2015, each department has a number of obligations. Here are the relevant documents which detail how this protocol is being carried out.

The child safeguarding statement sets out the principles and procedures to be observed to ensure, as far as possible, that a child availing of the Department's relevant services, is safe from harm
