Data Sharing Agreement for Ministerial Directions Data - DHLGHNMI 017_161122

The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, have entered into a Data Sharing Agreement under the Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019 with the National Museum of Ireland in advance of consultation regarding Ministerial Directions. The Director of the National Museum of Ireland is a statutory consultee in relation to Ministerial Directions, as provided under section 14A of the National Monuments Acts 1930 to 2014.

This Data Sharing Agreement covers sharing of Personal Data, in limited circumstances, by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage with the National Museum of Ireland. The data sharing activity may include such personal data elements as names, addresses and contact details of the applicant and the landowner; purpose and description of proposed works.
