Paul Gordon

Paul Gordon is Director of Policy and Advocacy at the National Youth Council of Ireland (NYCI). He oversees NYCI’s policy, advocacy, communications and research programmes and ensures NYCI makes a positive and proactive contribution to Government policy - including to labour market and employment policy - which is both evidence-based and reflects the lived experience and challenges of young people. In previous roles across the NGO sector, politics and Government, Paul has driven innovative campaigns, legislative change and policy initiatives and provided expert advice at national and EU level across diverse policy areas including health, education and skills, communications, energy, and social inclusion.
