IS Services

The IS Division have a responsibility for Information Systems, Business Support and Public Service Reform.

They ensure:

• The department's IT infrastructure and communications are robust, secure and available to support strategic and business objectives
• ICT systems are fit for purpose, with business applications that are supported and maintained
• Business Object Modelling, Procurement & Contract Support, Research and Development, Reporting and Business Intelligence are supported
• technical and project management support is provided to Client Identity Services (CIS) and Client Eligibility Services (CES)
• PGC, Procurement and Project Management are overseen
