Draft South Coast Designated Maritime Area Plan for Offshore Renewable Energy (SC-DMAP): Additional Public Consultation Period (August 2024)

Further to the previous public consultation that has occurred to date in respect of the Draft South Coast DMAP during 3 May to 14 June 2024, the Minister considers that, for completeness, a further period of additional public consultation is appropriate in respect of the document entitled "Workbook 1-Draft Environmental Data Log" ("the Data Log").

Further detail in respect of the Data Log and this further public consultation period is provided in Section 3.4 of the updated Public Participation Statement, provided below.

This additional public consultation period will run from 1 August 2024-30 August 2024.

The Data Log is available below on this webpage. The previous documentation made available to the public as part of the Draft SC-DMAP public consultation of 3 May to 14 June 2024 is available at Item was unpublished or removed

Written submissions and observations on the Data Log should be made before 5.30pm on 30 August 2024.

All submissions made during the previous consultation period remain under consideration. Accordingly, stakeholders should not reiterate submissions made previously and any further submissions should be confined only to the Data Log.
