For authorisations awarded prior to 1 January 2007, or Lease/Lease Undertakings awarded as a result of a discovery made under a licence awarded prior to 1 January 2007, the terms and conditions are set out in the department's Licensing Terms for Offshore Oil and Gas Exploration and Development 1992.
