Carol Bourke

As Head of Defence Forces Personnel Policy Branch, Carol is responsible for the development and oversight of HR Policies for the Defence Forces, including supporting the provision of fair and effective military redress and grievance systems and the development of diversity and inclusion strategies. She is also responsible for all policy issues relating to the Reserve Defence Force. She also administers the non-delegated Defence Forces personnel functions including appointments, commissionings, retirements and service undertakings.
