Jillian O'Keefe

As Head of the Department’s Conciliation and Arbitration Branch, Jillian has responsibility for –

• industrial relations issues and related matters for the Permanent Defence Force including negotiation and implementation of Public Service Agreements
• the operation of the Conciliation and Arbitration Scheme (C&A) for Commissioned Officers and for Other Ranks of the Permanent Defence Force
• interactions with Representative Associations for members of the Permanent Defence Force
• the formulation and development of terms and conditions for certain Defence Forces recruitment competitions and promotion within the Permanent Defence Force
