Philip O'Sullivan

As Head of Litigation Branch, Philip is responsible for managing litigation taken against the Minister of Defence. In addition to providing support to the State Claims Agency in its management of personal injury claims, Litigation Branch is responsible for the management of litigation regarding administrative decisions relating to Defence Forces personnel that are being challenged by way of Judicial Review or other legal proceedings. Philip also plays a lead role in monitoring and mitigating sensitive and emerging issues
