As the Department’s Human Resources Manager, Ronan is responsible for the management of the Human Resources function for civil servants and civilian employees working for the Defence organisation. He is also responsible for Learning and Development, the office of the Minister for Defence, Civil Service Renewal and co-ordination for the Department’s offices in Newbridge, Dublin, Renmore and Roscrea.
