Children First Sectoral Implementation Plan

This implementation plan is Published by the Minister for Justice and Equality in accordance with section 27 of the Children First Act, 2015. This Plan sets out how the Department and the relevant agencies in the Justice Sector will ensure their compliance with the Act and with best practice as set out in Children First: National Guidance for the Protection and Welfare of Children.
