Court of Appeal Act 2014

The Court of Appeal Act 2014 provides the legislative basis for the creation of the Court of Appeal which is referred to in paragraph ii of Article 34.2 of the Constitution.

The Act also legislates for other matters which are supplementary to the court and the judges and officers of that court.
