Carol Crotty

Carol Crotty has responsibility for the Project Management Office (PMO). The purpose of the PMO is to manage the performance of the Department's portfolio of projects and change initiatives to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and service provided by the Department. This Unit sets the Department’s approach to project work, and plans, reports on, and ensures oversight of the portfolio of projects and change initiatives. They also coordinate Departmental business planning and risk management.
