Ciara is responsible for the area of Kelly reform, Data Protection, Succession, Land Law and Miscellaneous Provisions in the Civil Justice Legislation Team. The purpose of this team is to utilise subject matter expertise to develop General Schemes of Bill, Statutory Instruments and to progress Bills through the Houses of the Oireachtas.
