Eamonn Waters

Eamonn has responsibility for the Performance team. The purpose of the Performance team is to enable effective individual Body performance and manage the relationship on an ongoing basis, acting as the first point of contact for each Body. This team works to assess performance against defined governance agreements, identify gaps in performance and recommend performance improvement opportunities to enable Bodies to meet performance delivery agreement or service level agreement expectations.
