Frank Maher

As the Head of Operations in the Financial Shared Services (FSS) in Killarney, Frank has responsibility for the provision of agreed financial services to eleven Client Organisations* including the Department of Justice. This includes:

• Supplier Payments
• Expense Payments (An Garda Siochána and Irish Prison Service)
• Accounts Administration and Banking
• Financial System (Oracle) Development and Maintenance
• Criminal Legal Aid Payment Processing
• Pension Administration of the Garda Siochána Original Superannuation Scheme
• Local IT Support and Corporate Services

Frank has been appointed as Project Liaison and Support for the planned migration of its eleven Client Organisations to the new Financial Management System which will be managed by the National Shares Services Office (NSSO). This is scheduled to take place in 2024.
