Roisin is Head of Human Resources. The Human Resources team is responsible for the development and implementation of a HR Strategy that supports the department achieve its strategic objectives. Specifically: to manage efficient deployment of the department's human resources; to oversee, as appropriate, the management of staff numbers across the Justice Sector; to address proactive management of performance, attendance and IR matters; and to contribute to policy development in the human resource and organisation reform areas.
