The Minister for Justice and Equality has received government approval to delegate powers and duties to the Minister of State, David Stanton TD, with responsibility for Equality, Immigration and Integration at the Department of Justice and Equality.
These powers and duties are set out in Statutory Instrument 351 of 2017.
