Bernadette Hawkes has responsibility at Principal level for co-ordination of EU issues across DETE, with particular focus on the EU Competitiveness Council. Bernadette represents Ireland on the EU High Level Group on Competitiveness and Growth, and on the EU Internal Market Advisory Committee.
