The Consultation was carried out in advance of the transposition of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights. Stakeholders’ views were sought on: the scope of the Directive and the possible extension of its provisions to certain contracts outside that scope; implementing the Directive’s optional provisions; matters relating to the enforcement of the Directive.
