White Paper on Enterprise Update Report: H2 2023

This second update report for the White Paper on Enterprise details progress made on the implementation of the White Paper on Enterprise during the second six months of 2023.

The report covers updates on 40 key initiatives, which were set out in the White Paper Implementation Plan 2023-2024 that was published in May 2023, and follows the first update report, published in November 2023.
