The hub makes it easier for your business to find and access the supports you need. Supports such as grants, funding, loans, management development, mentoring and expert advice are available across a range of sectors, including retail, tourism and hospitality, and food and beverages.

Local Enterprise Office
Your Local Enterprise Office (LEO) is your first-stop shop for advice and information to help you start or develop your business.
The 31 dedicated teams located in the local authorities nationwide offer a wide range of supports including:
- advice on the steps involved in setting up a business
- help to develop key skills through training and mentoring programmes
- assistance in developing feasibility studies, and in accessing priming and business development grants
- referral to other government supports and services if you need them
- advice on accessing start-up loans from Microfinance Ireland

Enterprise Ireland
Enterprise Ireland is the state agency responsible for supporting the development of manufacturing and internationally traded services companies.
Funding supports
Enterprise Ireland provide funding and supports for companies - from entrepreneurs with business propositions for a high potential start-up through to large companies expanding their activities, improving efficiency and growing international sales. Enterprise Ireland also provide funding and supports for college based researchers to assist in the development, protection and transfer of technologies into industry via licensing or spin-out companies.

High Potential Start-Up (HPSU)
Enterprise Ireland supports High Potential Start-Up (HPSU) companies. HPSUs are start-up businesses with the potential to develop an innovative product or service for sale on international markets and the potential to create 10 jobs and €1 million in sales within 3 years of starting up.

NSAI Standards
The overall objective of the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) is to support national and international growth of Irish business and to contribute to building Ireland’s reputation globally. It has a secondary objective of ensuring citizen safety through its standards making and product approvals activities. The NSAI works with international and European standards bodies to develop standards across a wide range of sectors. Across the Irish economy, this includes sectors as diverse as construction, digital, manufacturing, medical, automotive, electricity and gas.
