Arising from the consultation on the transposition of the Orphan Works Directive into Irish law, the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation received requests from several respondents to allow further time for consultation in relation to the list of appropriate sources in specific sectors for conducting a diligent search.
In response to this request, the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation extended the deadline to Friday, 30 May 2014.
