Act to amend and consolidate the law relating to rights and remedies in contracts between traders and consumers for the sale of goods and the supply of digital content and digital and other services.
The Consumer Rights Act 2022 was signed by the President on 7 November 2022.

SI No 597 of 2022 European Union (Requirements to Indicate Product Prices) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 was signed by the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment on 28 November 2022.
The Consumer Rights Bill 2022 was published on 22 April 2022.
