Summary
The Department of Rural and Community Development undertook a review of the Community Services Programme (CSP). This first consultation invited opinions on what the scope of the review will be.
Thank you to all the organisations who took the time to submit feedback on the scope of the review, this element of the consultation process is now complete.

Indecon International Economic Consultants were appointed after the open competition and carried out an independent review of the CSP on behalf of the Department.
The review consisted of extensive Stakeholder Engagement with a Consultation report to be published in 2021.
The final Review of Community Services Programmereport was published in September 2020 .
A High level Action Plan prepared by the Department and Pobal accompanies the Indecon Report and sets out the proposed timeline for delivery of each phase.
