Requirements: I wish to apply for all records since the establishment of the 2013 Election Observation Roster, relating to and concerning the filling of vacancies on the roster operated by the Department, including the reasons why people resigned. I would also like any information on procedures that operated prior to 2013, if they differ to those currently in place.
