Requirements: 1. The number of passports that have been issued in 2014, 2015 and to-date in 2016

2. The number of times in 2014, 2015 and to-date in 2016 that the Passport Office have requested a passport applicant to provide additional information prior to a passport being issued; the length of time the passport office waits until they decide to postpone the application until the additional information is provided e.g. If the additional information is not received by the Department within the subsequent 30 days then the application will be suspended.

3. The number of Passport cards that have been issued in 2015 and to-date in 2016.

4. The amount the Passport Office have generated through Passport fees in the years 2014, 2015 and to-date in 2016.

5. The number of Passports that have been reported either stolen or lost to the Passport Office in the years 2014, 2015 and to-date in 2016.
