Further to FOI/Req/17/043, I would like to request all records relating to the meetings below between the Permanent Representative to the European Union or the Deputy Permanent Representative to the European Union in late 2016 with the following parties:

Microsoft on 6 September 2016

The City UK on 19 September 2016

Jigsa Group on 3 October 2016

McCann Fitzgerald on 8 November 2016

Morgan Stanley on 30 November 2016

Alliance to Save Energy on 6 December

Records would include, but is not limited to, the following:

Any correspondence between the Department of Foreign Affairs and the third party before the meeting (i.e. records relating to the request for the meeting, briefing being supplied on the issues to discuss)

Any briefing sought internally within the Department of Foreign relating to the meeting or from other government departments, state agencies or EU institutions

Any minutes, including all draft minutes, of the meetings

All documents, presentations, etc made at the meetings

Any follow up correspondence between the Department of Foreign Affairs and the third parties

Any follow up internal correspondence within the Department of Foreign Affairs or with other government department, state agencies or EU institutions.
