Request: Who invited the Tanaiste to the launch of the strategic co-operation agreement between Irish Breeze, Ovelle and Emerald Green Baby and the Chinese cross-border ecommerce platform NetEase Kaola to sell their brands online in China on the 15th March 2018, on what date did the Tanaiste receive his invitation, what details was he given about the event, did his office provide any funding or assistance for the event, did his office notify any media about the event or ask that any media attend the event.
