ERM - Environmental Resources Management Ireland Ltd - was commissioned by the Department of Transport (DT) and the Department of Environment, Heritage and Local Government (DoEHLG) to investigate Public Safety Zones (PSZs) at Irelands three principal airports; Cork, Dublin, and Shannon.
