A school authority has responsibilities under the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013

Drawdown criteria: devolved projects (appendix 3)
To cover the payment of fees due to your Design Team at Stage 1 and Stage 2b, the Department will issue a payment to cover these costs at the end of Stage 1, when requested by the Board of Management
