Wellbeing Resources for School Staff/Parents/Guardians


The Education Wellbeing Teams have created a range of psycho-educational resources that are linked to the interventions, training and information sessions that are delivered in schools, to children, staff and parents/guardians. The psycho-educational resources can be used by school staff and parents/guardians to support children’s learning about:

    • Practicing relaxation and regulation strategies (Resource 1 to 5)
    • Growth mindset (Resource 6)
    • Developing resilience (Resource 7)
    • Understanding what happens when children get upset or overwhelmed (Resource 8)
    • Managing emotions (Resource 9 and 10)
    • How to connect and support children when they are overwhelmed (Resource 11 and 12)
    • Self-care for teachers and parents/guardians (Resource 13)
