Is faoin Acht um Eagrú Ama Oibre 1997 (mar atá leasaithe) a dhéantar an teidlíocht Saoire Bliantúla Reachtúla agus Saoire Poiblí a rialáil. Go hiondúil, tá fostaithe lánaimseartha i dteideal 20 lá Saoire Bliantúla ar a laghad i ngach bliain saoire.
