Making a Submission or Observation

Members of the public who wish to make a public submission or observation in writing concerning the Appropriate Assessment or the Aquaculture and Foreshore Application may do so within 8 weeks between 19 February 2025 and 15 April 2025. All public submissions or observations (quoting T10/054) can be addressed to the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Aquaculture and Foreshore Management Division, National Seafood Centre, Clogheen, Clonakilty, Co. Cork, P85 TX47 FinfishPC@agriculture.gov.ie.

All public submissions or observations will be published on the Department’s website.

Submissions or observations received outside of the public consultation period cannot be considered.
